¿Cuanto tiempo llavas sin fumar?

Esta es pregunta de los 60,000 chavitos. Yo deje de fumar hace como una semana y media, me siento cada día mejor y mejor. El cigarrillo jode demasiado de cabron a uno. No solamente los pulmones pero un cojon de cosas mas como por ejemplo el estomago...

NO FUMES Y DATE LA GRAN VIDA!!!

Tres años y medio llevo sin fumar.

LLevas una semana y media por lo cual es reciente y siempre llegará la tentacion. Si hasta ahora llevas 10 dias sin fumar aproximadamente quiere decir que puedes continuar así. Necesitas dos elementos fundamentales (hay otros claro está): firmeza en tu decisión y fuerza de voluntad. Evita todo aquello que pueda hacerte fumar nuevamente. Me explico: siempre me fumaba un cigarillo luego de comer o de tomar café por cuanto el deseo de fumar en ese preciso momento se acrecentaba, asi que cuando tomo la decision del "quit smoking" ... luego de terminar de comer o de tomarme el cafecito buscaba algo que hacer para quitar de mi mente tal deseo (me iba a caminar, hablaba por teléfono, etc.)

Fumar es el vicio más pendejo que existe...
Sabe mal con cojones, no tiene ningún efecto sobresaliente, te estas hechando humo y un montón de químicos dañinos directamente a tus pulmones...
Los que fuman marihuana los puedo entender mejor, porque la marihuana por lo menos te dá una nota chevere, pero el cigarrillo?!! pffffffffffft... :rolleyes:
Y lo más patético de todo es que la mayoría de los que comienzan a fumar lo hacen en sus 15 o 16 años, simplemente para ser los más que "hanguean como los mayores", y para probarle a los demás que ya no son nenes chiquitos, y lo irónico es que al continuar fumando despues SIGUEN actuando como nenes chiquitos, ya que sólo un nene chiquito tiene que depender de un palito que bota humo para sentirse bien...
A la verdad que los que fuman son tan y tan pendejos... :p

Tienes razón en eso de que fumar es un vicio pendejo y yo diria que es super pendejo el vicio pero los que fuman no son pendejos... tampoco asi.

Los que fuman lo hacen por varias razones y no necesariamente por lo que estas diciendo pero si tienes razón en muchas cosas. Tambien el fumar marihuana es un vicio mucho mas pendejo ya que hace mas o menos el mismo daño que el cigarillo y cuesta mucho mas caro. Compara cuando cuestan 20 gallos de marihuana comparado con 20 cigarillos... jejeje

Mi tecnica para no fumar es hacer algo que me distraiga cuando siento los deseos de fumar. Lo mejor que me pude inventar fue tocar guitarra cuando me dan los deseos de fumar.... jejeje estas pasadas 2 semanas he tocado un cojon de guitarra, jejejejeje.... mato dos pajaros de un tiro... dejo de fumar y a la vez practico mas la guitarra.
