Thumbs up guitarras y cosas...
Este es el post que contiene buena informacion sobre guitarras,amps,escalas,musicos,historia,chistes e info general sobre el tema q a todos nos cautiva:la guitarra electrica...


Bueno gracias a JakoPastorius por dar tan buena iniciativa con los bajistas.Creo que los guitarros debemos tener nuestra propia esquinita pa hablar mierdas y cosas de guitarras y amps y tips e historias asi que vamos a llegar a los 10,000 post y puedo morir trankilo...

OK vamos a empezar con algo "light"..Mesa Boogie o Marshal?

Yo estoy "jukeao" con Mesa desde los mid '80s y nunca he tenido chavos para uno. Aunque mi sueño sería tener un custom de Lee Jackson o un Rack de Bob Bradshaw. Pero una posiblidad que se que voy a tener algun dia es Mesa.

como ha cambiado el mesa!
en esa epoca los mesas parecian mas fender bassman o twin rverb que otra cosa! tu sabes los mark 1,2,3 por ahi pa bajo.
Desde los rectifiers para aca,mesa es otra cosa...el sonido mas comprimido y super saturado...esta muy de moda y a mi me encanta....

Creo que el triple Rectifier.

Y que de Soldano y Metaltronics. Eso si que dejaba fuego en las bocinas.

chico yo tuve el metal tronix en mis manos pal de veces y no me parecio nada de otro mundo,sonaba como un jcm 800,igualito stock...

Para mi un Fender Twin o un Bassman que viene por ahi.
En cuestion a los Mesa/Boogie, ellos bregan pero son muy caros, y en cuestion a el sonido comprimido, eso es en el estudio, o en los settings, pq me prestaron un Dual Rectifier, y lo puse a gozar con un poco de reverb y parecia un Twin bien chulito.
Otros Amps que bregan son los Hiwatt o Orange, los cuales he tenido oportunidad en tocar.

Otra Idea para los que buscan incansablemente el sonido clean para su guitarra: Ampeg SVT bass amp. mientras que tiran de 300 watts pa'rriba, tienen un sonido cabron. add some Reverb and you're fucking set. yo pues ahora lo que tengo es un Peavey Bass Amp y un Tech 21 Trademark 60 y mi Telecaster Deluxe '73 con pal de FX por ahi. me gusta bregar mucho con FX... bueno ahi lo paro.

Tube= Back problems, flawless sound
Solid State= Good back, somewhat good sound.

keep in mind the weight of the amps... well combos anyways. Im not that big on stacks and rigs and shit....

Bueno a mi me gustan los Racks, me encanta pisar un pedalcito y cambiar todos los efectos a la vez. Pero mi busqueda del sonido que quiero he comprado un monton de juguetitos y todavia no tengo mi sonido. Asi que eventualmente tendré que meterme en un Head.

Mano, para mi los rack son un poco shitty, al menos que tengas los pedales como tal en el rack, pq esos FX de rack, digitales, no bregan...
